Strategic Plans
At COSCA’s regular Board of Trustees meeting at Grandfather Mountain in July 2012, COSCA adopted a two year Strategic Plan that guides our work. Through implementation of our Strategic Plan, COSCA “strives to serve to clans and associations through a variety of educational and service - oriented means that come alive in our annual projects and activities”.
