Clan Mentor Project
One of the biggest challenges a new Scottish clan or organization leader can face is, well, being new. Wouldn’t it be great if you had some battle wise old friend who has been through the things you are facing and understands the problems and pitfalls. And was willing to take the time and effort to talk to you about it and help you through it.
That is the point of COSCA’s Clan Leader Mentor Project. Its about not reinventing the wheel. Its about gaining some sense that you are not the only one who has faced this problem. Its about picking brains and stimulating new ideas with people that are on your side.
